Francesca Gottschalk

Policy Analyst

Francesca Gottschalk is a Policy Analyst at the OECD - OCDE since January 2016, contributing to projects such as 21st Century Children and Strength through Diversity in the Directorate for Education and Skills. Prior experience includes consulting on various education-related projects, including the ITEL Teacher Knowledge Survey and the PISA-based Test for Schools. Francesca began her career at OECD - OCDE as a Trainee focusing on the ITEL project and has also worked as an intern at UNESCO, where responsibilities included assisting in the UNESCO/Korea Funds-In-Trust project and preparing documents related to the World Heritage Convention. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Public Policy and International Affairs from The American University of Paris and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto, with studies undertaken at the University of Oxford.
