Frank Leyman

Frank Leyman currently serves as the Chair of OECD e-Leaders since January 2023 and has been the Head of International Relations at FPS Policy and Support since July 2005. Leyman represents Belgium at the European Commission, facilitates coordination among European Member States, and promotes Belgium's eGovernment and eID policies. Additionally, Leyman is a board member of the International Resilience and Sustainability Partnership, a special advisor to the Board of the International Council for IT in Government Administration, and chairs the IDM Expert Group at The World Bank. Leyman's career includes roles in marketing management at STMicroelectronics, Proximus Group, IMS Belgium, and IBM, complemented by an Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD and a master's degree from the Facultés universitaires catholiques de Mons.
