Giuseppa Ottimofiore is an accomplished independent consultant and policy analyst specializing in regulatory reform and public policy. They have contributed to various international projects through prestigious organizations, including the World Bank Group, OECD, and the Council of Europe. Giuseppa holds a doctorate in law from Université de Fribourg and has worked on significant initiatives in countries such as Romania, Italy, and Madagascar. Currently, they serve as the Head of the Effective Regulatory Delivery Programme at the OECD, after previously overseeing a comprehensive regulatory delivery program.
