Guineng CHEN is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transport policy and data analytics, currently serving as Team Lead for Innovation and Policy Analytics at the OECD since February 2021. Previously, Guineng held various leadership roles, including Strategic Outreach Lead for Asia and Team Lead for Data and Policy Analytics, where responsibilities included managing research projects and developing analytical tools to guide sustainable transport policies. Prior experience at CPCS involved high-level consultancy and project management, while earlier positions at the OECD included managing significant projects related to urban transport decarbonisation.
