Héloïse Goutte is currently a member of the Innovation Advisory Panel of the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency and the EURATOM Scientific and Technical Committee, where they chair the fission working group. Previously, between 2005 and 2022, they served as the Scientific Director for Energy at CEA, guiding research on low-carbon energy production and its integration within the energy system. Héloïse also held various research and leadership roles in nuclear physics, including Deputy Director of the Large Heavy Ion National Accelerator GANIL-SPIRAL2. They earned a Magistère in Physics from École normale supérieure de Lyon and a PhD along with Habilitation à diriger des recherches from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
