Isabel Flores

Isabel Flores is an accomplished professional with a strong background in education and data analysis. Currently serving as Vice Chairman of The Board at CERI OECD and Executive Director at IPPS-ISCTE, Isabel focuses on public and non-profit education for improved policy-making. In addition, Isabel represents the Ministry of Education Portugal on the Governing Board of CERI, and works as a consultant and trainer in data analysis for IFData and IMVF, where involvement includes significant projects related to education assessment. With extensive experience in longitudinal data analysis of PISA and a history of leadership in educational organizations, Isabel holds a PhD in Public Policy from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, among other qualifications.
