Isabelle Chatry has extensive experience in public policy, particularly in decentralisation, subnational finance, and multi-level governance. Currently serving as the Head of Unit at the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions & Cities since March 2013, Isabelle manages thematic work and activities related to decentralisation, public investment, and climate finance. Prior roles include Senior Policy Analyst with the OECD, and significant positions at Dexia Crédit Local, where Isabelle focused on territorial and financial developments in Europe, as well as consulting roles at Louis Lengrand & Associés and Crédit Local de France. Isabelle holds an Agrégation in Geography from the École normale supérieure de Lettres et Sciences humaines.
