James Mancini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic policy, competition analysis, and consulting. Currently serving as the Acting Head of Policy and Policy Advisor at the OECD, James has held various roles within the organization since 2015, including Competition Expert and Analyst in the Competition Division. Prior to joining the OECD, James worked at PwC, where management of economic impact analyses and expert witness consulting distinguished his contributions. Additional experience includes a Senior Analyst position at NERA Economic Consulting and an Economist role at Finance Canada, where analysis on capital markets and regulatory issues was a focus. James earned a Master’s degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa.
