Jeff Mitchell

Jeff Mitchell is a Senior Advisor with extensive experience in tax policy and international relations. They served as Branch Chief and Special Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service from 2005 to 2009, focusing on various initiatives. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Adviser at OECD - OCDE from 2022 to 2023, providing insights on international taxation and digital economy issues. Jeff holds a J.D. from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, along with a B.S. in Accounting from Lipscomb University.
