Jo Dempsey

Jo Dempsey is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Resource Management Advisor for Finance and HR at OECD - OCDE since August 2016. Prior to this, Jo held the position of HR Coordinator and Financial Officer at the International Transport Forum from April 2013 to September 2016, focusing on recruitment and financial control. Jo's earlier career includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at O-I from 2005 to 2013, where responsibilities included recruitment, performance management, and staff budgeting. Jo began a career in administration in the Treasury Department at Allied Irish Bank in New York from August 1990 to June 1993. Jo Dempsey holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Psychology from The Open University, UK.
