Julia Nielson

Julia Nielson is currently the Deputy Director at the Trade and Agriculture Directorate of the OECD, a role they have held since 2019. They also serve as an Advisor at the World Bank, focusing on G20, French bilateral relations, and management across European offices since 2010. Before these positions, Julia worked at the OECD as a Principal Administrator from 2000 to 2004 and held the role of Assistant to the President at the World Bank from 2008 to 2010, where they supported the President on issues related to Latin America, South Asia, and operations policy. Julia earned a BA (Hons, 1st Class) in English and a Masters in Foreign Affairs and Trade from The Australian National University.
