Kim Chardon

Kim Chardon is a Strategic Communications Officer at the OECD, focusing on enhancing engagement with civil society since September 2021. Previously, Kim served as an Analyst in Public Affairs and Communications at the OECD, leading corporate outreach initiatives and ensuring high-quality bilingual communications. Prior experience includes working as a Communications and Press Officer at the European Commission, managing media relations and external communications to promote European policies. Additionally, Kim has held roles supporting the EU Commissioner for Transport and has experience as a Policy Analyst and Policy Intern. Kim holds a Master’s degree in EU International Relations & Diplomatic Studies from the College of Europe and a Master of Science in International Public Policy from UCL, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Birmingham.
