Laurence Bouder serves as the Chef du Bureau des Immunités et privilèges Diplomatiques at OECD - OCDE since May 2012, ensuring that OECD staff and permanent delegations benefit from immunities and privileges granted by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This role involves close collaboration with various governmental bodies to facilitate visa issuance and special residence titles. Additionally, Laurence took on the role of Coordinatrice de projets, contributing to a feasibility study for a Shared Payroll Services Center for six international organizations and assisting in the establishment of the salary structure for temporary staff in 2013. Since March 2020, Laurence has also been a Conseillère municipale at the Mairie de Chatou and is responsible for communication at Reseau du protocole since October 2015. Earlier experience includes a communication and marketing role at CEFI Technologies from January 1992 to June 1995. Laurence holds a Master's degree in Communication from Université Paris-Sorbonne, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
