Lena Walder currently serves as a Tax Policy Advisor at the OECD, focusing on the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes since September 2024. Previously, Lena held positions as an AML/CFT Policy Researcher at the Financial Action Task Force and as a participant in the same Global Forum at the OECD earlier in 2023. Additional experience includes a role in financial regulation at Loyens & Loeff and serving as a Research Assistant at the IMF, where Lena coauthored a key working paper related to regulatory sanctions for banks. Earlier internships include finance and accounting at Procter & Gamble, EU and public affairs at TUI, and business development at DATAE SAS, which advised on GDPR compliance. Lena holds a dual master’s degree in Finance and Economic Law from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in Management from ESCP Business School, along with a summer session focused on Family Business Management at Beijing Foreign Studies University.
