Lisa Williams is a Senior Analyst and Team Lead at the OECD, specializing in Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment, as well as Partnerships for Peace and Effective Institutions. With extensive experience at OECD since 1993, Lisa has filled various roles, including Executive Advisor on Development Assistance Committee Affairs, and Administrator for Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Social Sector Governance Fellow at USAID, where Lisa led initiatives on governance, inclusion, and political economy approaches to enhance sustainable program outcomes. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
