Lucy Watkinson is currently a Special Advisor to the Head of Division for Climate, Biodiversity and Water at the OECD. They previously served as an Assistant Economist at HM Treasury, contributing to the Dasgupta Review on the Economics of Biodiversity, and held similar roles at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and other organizations. With a strong educational background in Economics, including a Master's degree in Development Economics from SOAS University of London, Lucy has demonstrated expertise in analyzing data and coordinating operations in various sectors.
