Luis Martinez is an accomplished transportation professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Lead Modeler at the International Transport Forum (OECD - OCDE) since June 2018, Luis has also been a Transport Analyst for the ITF since March 2014. Previously, Luis worked as an Assistant Professor at Instituto Superior Técnico from September 2012 to March 2014 and completed a PhD in Transportation at the same institution during a tenure that spanned from September 2004 to September 2010. Luis also holds an MSc in Transportation along with a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, which was obtained between 1999 and 2004.
