Maciej Lis is an experienced economist currently working at OECD - OCDE since December 2016, focusing on pensions and population ageing. Prior to this role, Maciej served as a Senior Economist at the Institute for Structural Research - IBS from October 2007 to December 2016, conducting research in various areas including labour economics, health economics, population ageing, energy poverty, and microsimulation. In addition to research, Maciej has been actively presenting at numerous international conferences related to health and economics since 2014. An academic background includes a Ph.D. in Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where Maciej also served as a teaching assistant from September 2008 to September 2012, instructing courses in econometrics, macroeconomics, microeconomics, and health economics.
