Marcel Pinard

Marcel Pinard is a seasoned financial controller with extensive experience in international environments. They worked at Bouygues Construction from 2003 to 2017 as a multilingual financial controller, where they managed budgets and collaborated closely with various teams on high-visibility projects. Currently, Marcel serves as the Responsable des ressources financières at the OECD-OCDE, leading the strategic and operational management of financial resources for a team of over 100 international officials. They are also pursuing a double diploma in International Business from both Российский Экономический Университет им. Г.В. Плеханова and ESSEC Business School.
