Marcos Roca is an experienced professional with a strong background in law, policy advising, and tax crime investigation. Currently serving as Team Leader for the OECD on Tax Inspectors without Borders and Tax and Crime since January 2020, Marcos also leads the OECD Task Force in Tax Crimes and advocates for financial crime measures at international forums such as G20 and G7. Prior roles include Senior Policy Advisor to a representative in the Buenos Aires Legislative Assembly, and Senior Policy Advisor in the Ministry of Justice and Security during a significant police department amalgamation in Buenos Aires. Academically, Marcos holds a Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Edinburgh, along with multiple law degrees from the University of Buenos Aires.
