Mark Johnson is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Head of Unit for Country-by-Country Reporting, ICAP, and Tax Dispute Prevention at the OECD, a position held since August 2011. In this role, Mark Johnson oversees the implementation of Action 13 of the OECD/G20 Base Erosion and Profit Shifting Action Plan and leads initiatives focused on international tax risk assessment and dispute prevention for large multinational enterprises.
