Martha Baxter has extensive experience in policy analysis and advisory roles, currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor for Global Water Affairs at the OECD since August 2009, after progressing through various positions including Senior Policy Analyst (Acting) in Public Governance and multiple roles as a Policy Analyst. Prior to the OECD, Martha Baxter worked as an Analyst at The Risk Advisory Group from 2008 to 2009 and held the position of Project Administrator at Kantor Management Consultants from July 2006 to September 2007. Educationally, Martha Baxter holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Oxford.
