Matt McSorley

Matt McSorley currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member at STRIKE, a position held since January 2023. In addition, McSorley is a member of the OECD Executive Consultation Group for the Blue Dot Network. Notably, McSorley has served on the Board of Adjustments for the City of Plano from November 2021 to November 2023, overseeing variances for building regulations. Prior experiences include presidency at Major Capital Projects LLC and a long tenure at Fluor Corporation, where various executive roles included Executive Vice President of Project Support Services and President of the Power Business Line. McSorley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel and an advanced degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
