Natalie Cohen is currently the Head of the Regulatory Policy for Global Challenges Unit at the OECD, where they lead initiatives to develop regulatory frameworks addressing global challenges. They served in various roles in the UK and France, notably as Secretary General for the Fund for Transforming Public Action and as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills. Natalie began their career at AXA UK, progressing through multiple roles in marketing and finance after earning their Professional Diploma in Marketing and a Master of Arts from the University of Oxford. They hold dual citizenship in France and the UK and have been a civil servant in the UK since 2012.
