Norbert Vis

Norbert Vis is a Tax Specialist at the Netherlands Tax Authorities, actively involved since September 2014, and holds a position within Behandelteam IFZ. Additionally, Norbert has been a Guest Lecturer in Transfer Pricing at the University of Amsterdam since February 2021 and serves as an Expert Tax Inspector Without Borders with the OECD since 2017. Norbert has also contributed to NTFR (Tax technical magazine) as an Annotator since 2014. Previously, within the Ministry of Finance, Norbert worked in the Directoraat-generaal Fiscale Zaken/Afdeling Winst from February to December 2016. Before joining the Netherlands Tax Authorities, Norbert accumulated over nine years of experience as a Tax Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from March 2005 to August 2014, specializing in domestic and international tax matters. Norbert's academic involvement includes lecturing at Universiteit van Amsterdam from September 2004 to March 2009. Educational credentials include institutions such as the University of Amsterdam, Windesheim, and Volksuniversiteit Amsterdam.
