Pascal Laffont currently serves as the Chief Legal Counsel and Board Secretary at the OECD - OCDE since 2012, bringing a wealth of experience in legal and policy advisory roles. Prior to this position, Pascal held the role of Senior Advisor (Policy & Legal) at QatarEnergy from 2010 to 2012 and spent nearly a decade at the International Energy Charter, first as an Expert in Trade and later as a Senior Expert in Global Relations. Pascal's legal career began at Pinsent Masons as an Associate from 1998 to 2001. Academic qualifications include an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from Harvard University, an LL.M in Public International Law from SOAS University of London, and a Maitrise in Law from Université Paris-Saclay.
