Paul Marsh currently serves as an Advisor at the OECD - OCDE since April 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held several key positions at HM Treasury from April 2011 to April 2021, including Head of Tax Transparency, Head of EU Exit (direct tax) coordination, Senior Policy Advisor in international tax, and Head of Communications Planning and Delivery. Earlier experience includes working with the Cabinet Office in the DRM team from October 2009 to April 2011. Paul developed foundational skills at the Royal Grammar School, Worcester.
