Philip Chan is an experienced analyst and researcher with a strong background in economic and statistical analysis. Currently employed at the OECD - OCDE since September 2018, Philip specializes in measuring distributional household wealth and has previously worked as a junior economist focusing on innovation in rural regions, territorial inequality, and energy poverty. Prior to this, Philip served as a statistician at FAO, supporting global economic and agricultural databases and developing methodologies for estimating missing data. Experience also includes roles as a marketing research intern, board member for a nonprofit housing organization, and research apprentice at UC Berkeley, where statistical techniques were applied in various research projects.
