Raphaël Jachnik

Raphaël Jachnik is currently the Team Lead for Finance for Climate Action at the OECD, a position held since 2023. They previously served as a Policy Analyst at the OECD from 2012 to 2022. Raphaël’s extensive experience includes roles as a Business and Market Analyst at Vestas Wind Systems and as a Lead Author for the IPCC's Sixth Assessment Report. They earned a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from Dauphine and an M.Sc. in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University. Prior to their tenure at the OECD, Raphaël worked as a Consultant and Researcher at Cleantech Scandinavia and held various positions in the food and packaging industries.
