Rick Minor

Rick Minor is a seasoned expert in international tax policy, currently serving as Senior Vice President and International Tax Counsel at USCIB-United States Council for International Business since November 2020. In addition to this role, Minor is the Founder and Chair of the International Tax Alliance for Business and the DC Tax Attache Group, both established in 2022. Minor's extensive experience includes membership in the US-German Public Leadership Group at Atlantik-Brücke e.V., the NC Coalition for Global Competitiveness, and the OECD Technical Advisory Group on VAT. Prior positions include Senior Counsel at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP and Director of International Cooperation and Business Investment at the NC Department of Commerce. Minor holds a BA in Economics from Duke University, a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law, an LLM in Tax Law from Georgetown University Law Center, and was a DAAD Scholar at the University of Hamburg.
