Samone Goff

Samone Goff has over 14 years of experience in compensation and benefits, currently serving as a Compensation & Benefits and IT Support Officer at OECD - OCDE since April 2009. In this role, Samone is responsible for the production of salary scales for various international organizations, impacting over 13,800 staff members, and conducting detailed studies on remuneration and benefits. Prior to this, Samone worked as an Assistant at the International Chamber of Commerce from April 2006 to September 2008. Samone holds a BA in European History and International Relations from Monash University, which was obtained from 1997 to 2001, and a High School Certificate from Wodonga High School, Australia, completed in 1996.
