Sarah Kups

Sarah Kups possesses a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. from the Pardee RAND Graduate School and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. Professional experience includes serving as an Assistant Policy Analyst at the RAND Corporation from September 2008 to January 2014, followed by various roles at the OECD - OCDE, advancing from Junior Economist to Senior Economist within 2014. Additionally, Sarah Kups completed internships at Amnesty International and Institut Arbeit und Technik in 2005 and 2006, respectively. Educational foundations were laid at the University of St. Andrews, with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, alongside a year abroad at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
