Sarah Perret serves as the Head of Unit at the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration since October 2010, overseeing the Personal and Property Taxes Unit, where responsibilities include leading efforts on taxation, inequality, and various tax-related issues such as labour and wealth taxation. Previously, Sarah held the position of Economist at the same OECD Centre, authoring studies on income and inheritance taxation and managing country tax policy reviews. Earlier experience includes a role as an Economist and Policy Analyst in the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs, focusing on economic analysis to support private sector growth. In 2009, Sarah contributed to programme evaluations for the UNDP in Senegal. Sarah holds advanced degrees in Economics and International Relations from The London School of Economics, Sciences Po, and an exchange programme at the University of Chicago, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Economics from Sciences Po.
