Sharon Prendeville

Sharon (COUBE) Prendeville currently serves as the Head of Client Service Group in Human Resource Management and previously held the role of Head of Management Support Unit at the OECD since February 2010, providing strategic guidance in financial and human resource management while enhancing administrative efficiencies. Sharon has extensive experience in budget and HR management, having worked as a Resource and Budget Management Officer at the OECD and previously held various positions at Global Hyatt, including Director of Systems, Training and Tools, where Sharon improved departmental performance and implemented key financial systems. Additional experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase in investment banking and Ernst & Young as an auditor, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and further education from Institut catholique de Paris and Hyperion Education Services.
