Simon Cox

Simon Cox is a Policy Analyst in the Infrastructure and Public Procurement Division at the OECD since November 2021, focusing on comprehensive infrastructure planning and public procurement reforms. Prior experience includes managerial and consulting roles at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat and Ontario Finance, where responsibilities encompassed financial consulting and the implementation of pension plans. Additionally, Simon served as a Senior Economist at the Treasury Board Secretariat, contributing to fiscal planning and infrastructure strategy. Previous roles also include serving as an Economist in the Infrastructure Policy and Planning Division and a stagiaire at the European Commission's Internal Market and Services Directorate General. Simon holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.
