Simon TOUBOUL is an Economist and Policy Analyst at the OECD-OCDE since March 2022, where Simon leads the quantitative work for the Climate Adaptation & Resilience team. Simon holds a PhD in Environmental Economics from Mines ParisTech, EHESS, and Université Paris-Dauphine, earned between 2018 and 2021. Prior to this, Simon served as a Research Assistant in climate change adaptation and innovation at Mines ParisTech, worked as the Founder of the Sea Plastics Association, and held various roles including Assistant Directeur at Watertrek and an intern at Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. Education includes a Master 2 in Modelisation Prospective from AgroParisTech and preparatory studies at Lycée Sainte Geneviève.
