Sofija Rakcejeva

Policy Analyst

Sofija Rakcejeva is a Junior Policy Analyst at the OECD - OCDE, specializing in the Social Economy and Innovation Unit within the Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sofija was a Research Trainee at Verian Group, where contributions were made to various Eurobarometer surveys, and a Technical Assessment & Monitoring Trainee at the Council of Europe Development Bank, focusing on due diligence for microfinance projects and technical briefs on natural disasters. Additional experiences include an internship at France Europe Innovation, conducting market research for innovation funding, a summer scheme at Deloitte in Risk Advisory, and previous roles at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and UCL 180 Degrees Consulting, where leadership and consultancy skills were developed. Sofija holds an MA in International Economic Policy from Sciences Po and a BA in History, Politics and Economics from UCL.
