Sriram Govind

Sriram Govind serves as an Advisor in Mutual Agreement Procedures and Tax Certainty at the OECD - OCDE since December 2019, focusing on the Tax Administration and VAT division within the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration. Previously, Sriram worked as a Research and Teaching Associate at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from September 2016 to December 2019, contributing as a doctoral researcher for the Vienna Multi-Stakeholder Group on Improving Cross-border Dispute Resolution and the Global Tax Policy Center. Prior experience includes a role as a Member of the International Tax Practice at Nishith Desai Associates from May 2013 to July 2015, specializing in international tax advisory matters and tax dispute resolution. Sriram holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with honors in International Tax Law from WU and a Bachelor of Laws and Business Administration from Symbiosis International University. Educational background also includes attendance at Christ Nagar English Higher Secondary School.
