Stefano Marta

Stefano Marta is the Head of Unit for Smart and Sustainable Cities at OECD-OCDE, where they work to advance urban initiatives. Previously, Stefano held the position of Coordinator for A Territorial Approach to the SDGs at OECD from 2018 to 2023 and served as a Policy Analyst at the organization from 2016 to 2018. Their background includes experience as an International Consultant for the FAO focused on Territorial Approaches to Food Security Policies and roles in academia as a PhD candidate at Catholic University of Milan and a research assistant at the University of Milan. Stefano is currently pursuing multiple postgraduate degrees in Territorial Marketing, Economics and Management, Agricultural Science, and Regional Development Research.
