Stephane Jacobzone

Stephane Jacobzone has extensive experience in public governance and policy evaluation, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at OECD since January 2021, focusing on the effectiveness of public institutions and fiscal frameworks. Prior roles at OECD include Head of Evidence, Monitoring and Policy Evaluation, where work on evidence-informed policy making and cross-country studies was emphasized, as well as Deputy Head of Division in Reform of the Public Sector, overseeing various initiatives from digital government to public employment. Jacobzone has also served as a Principal Administrator in Regulatory Policy and aging and health, along with earlier positions at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance and INSEE. Educational credentials include Master's degrees from ENSAE Paris and École Polytechnique.
