Tim Bulman

Economist

Tim Bulman is an experienced economist with a robust background in economic analysis and policy management. Currently serving as an economist at the OECD since August 2015, Tim previously held the position of Senior Country Economist at The World Bank from October 2007 to September 2015, where responsibilities included national engagement on economic policy, as well as macroeconomic analysis for countries such as Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, and Indonesia. Tim's earlier roles include working as a research assistant at the Kennedy School of Government and as an analyst for the Government of Albania. With degrees in Law and Economics from The University of Queensland and an MPA in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School, Tim combines a strong educational foundation with extensive practical experience in economic policy and analysis.
