Assistant stagiaire - Policy analyst - Mission permanente du Mexique auprès de l'OCDE

Tom Labernadie is currently serving as an Assistant stagiaire and Policy Analyst at the Mission permanente du Mexique auprès de l'OCDE since December 2025. Previous experience includes a brief internship at COMMUNE DE EZANVILLE in March 2022, where Tom provided general assistance within various municipal services. Other roles include working as a warehouse worker at topstore from May to July 2021, an intern at Le Sonar focusing on fast fashion and local events in June to July 2022, and an intern at ECLAC assisting with studies on migration and aging populations in Latin America from February to August 2025. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in International Relations and Affairs from CY Cergy Paris Université (2023-2025), a Bachelor’s in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad CEU San Pablo (2022-2023), and a Bachelor’s level education in History and Political Science from Institut Catholique de Paris (2020-2023), along with a Baccalauréat scientifique from Lycée George Sand (2017-2020). Additionally, Tom served as a campus ambassador at CY Cergy Paris Université from September 2023 to January 2025, organizing events and welcoming students.
