Tse Chi Sum

Tse Chi Sum is an experienced Education Analyst at OECD - OCDE since March 2016, specializing in partnerships, policy advice, digitalization of testing platforms, and capacity building in education systems across multiple countries. Notable achievements include engaging 1,500 educators from seven countries, publishing four tailored reports, and successfully implementing assessment programs in Ibero-American and Asian countries. Tse Chi Sum has also served as a Board Trustee for CCFD-Terre Solidaire, the largest development NGO in France, and held various roles in UNESCO, Clean Air Network, CIPPEC, and TECHO | TETO, contributing to social development, project management, and communications. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Educational Assessment from the University of Oxford and master's degrees in International Development from Sciences Po and Latin American Studies from the University of Buenos Aires.
