Leanne Jefferies

Leanne Jefferies has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Leanne currently holds a position at OEConnection (OEC) as the Director of Strategic Accounts & Customer Support, CRN North America since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Assured Performance Network as the Vice President of Assured Performance Network/Certified Collision Care, and later as the VP of Canadian Operations, Certified Collision Care/Assured Performance from 2015 to 2021. Leanne also served as the Director of the Collision Repair Program at Skills Canada and as the Director of Collision Programs at the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada. Furthermore, they worked at Rousseau Marketing as an Associate Publisher and at Norris Smith CARSTAR Collision as the Owner. Their earlier work experience involved a role as a Logistics Supervisor at National Paper Goods.

Leanne Jefferies holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University. Leanne has also completed additional certifications, including "Leading Your Team Through Change" from LinkedIn in 2022 and "Achieving Personal and Professional Success Specialization" from Coursera in 2021. Leanne has also completed a course titled "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" on Coursera.
