David Grout is currently the Senior Vice President Legal and General Counsel at OEG Inc., where they bring over 20 years of expertise in corporate law, M&A, and risk management. Earlier in their career, David held positions such as Lawyer at Burnet Duckworth & Palmer LLP and Legal Counsel at TransCanada. They also served as the Associate General Counsel at Alberta Investment Management Corporation and Chief Legal Officer at Wesgroup Properties.
