Jess Thomson, MBA, is a strategic leader in social impact and sustainability, specializing in community transformation through innovative partnerships and investments. They have held various positions, including Director of Stakeholder and Government Relations at Women Building Futures and Director of the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation at OEG Inc. Jess has contributed to organizations such as the United Way of the Alberta Capital Region and the Kamloops and District Elizabeth Fry Society. Currently, they pursue a degree in Public Sector Management at Thompson Rivers University while building a career focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion.
