Andy Crisp is a post-graduate educated senior executive with over 30 years of experience in the defence and security business. As the Regional Director at Oesia since 2025, they continue to leverage their extensive background in engineering, business, and business development. Their experience includes significant roles at Northrop Grumman and BAE Systems, along with a membership at The Royal College of Defence Studies. Andy holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from King's College and a Master of Science in Marketing from Anglia Ruskin University.
