Eva Cornide

Eva Cornide is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Directora de Talento y Cultura Corporativos at Grupo Oesía since October 2019, Cornide plays a key role in driving technological innovation within the company. Prior to this role, Cornide was HR Manager at Ibertech IT Services from March 2008 to September 2019, overseeing talent acquisition and development across Spain and Brazil. Additionally, Cornide held positions as Directora Delegación at Grupo Select and Nortempo, where responsibilities included team management, client relationship development, and compliance with quality standards. Cornide holds a Licenciatura en Psicología from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and completed an SMP at IE Business School.
