Lara Arche

Lara Arche serves as Electronics and Simulation Category Manager and Space Product Manager at Grupo Oesía since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lara Arche spent over 16 years at Thales Alenia Space, holding positions such as Innovation Manager, Innovation Engineer for passive microwave products, and Senior R&D Microwave Engineer, focusing on the design, implementation, and testing of passive equipment for satellite programs. Lara Arche also contributed to R&D activities in passive RF & Microwave Engineering as a Telecommunications Engineer and Trainee. Earlier experience includes a position at Telefonica as a becaria in GA. Lara Arche obtained a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, specializing in Antennae, Satellites, and Radar.
