Jacques Bourque

Jacques Bourque is an accomplished engineering and manufacturing professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Jacques began his career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Husky Injection Molding, where Jacques designed advanced plastic injection molding machines and led project teams. After serving as a Product Engineer at Ventra Group, Jacques has held the position of Production Director at Oetiker Group since 2002, overseeing 12 production locations worldwide and managing a team of approximately 1000 employees. Their leadership has resulted in record output, reduced global production costs, and successful navigation through the challenges posed by COVID-19 and supply chain disruptions. Jacques earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Carleton University in 1995.
